Solution 37718: Cannot restore the main application window after minimizing the Screen Capture window while open and in view on TI-Smartview CE™ for Mac®.
Why can I not restore the main application window after minimizing the Screen Capture window while open and in view on TI-Smartview CE™ for Mac®?
Example:
1.Launch the TI-Smartview CE software SV Main Window open, take a screen capture to show the screen capture window.
2.Minimize the main window.
3.Click on the TI-Smartview CE software icon in the dock bar to restore it.
The SV app is not restored when the screen capture window is displayed and not minimized.
Texas Instruments is aware of the reported problem and may be resolved at the earliest in a future release.
The following should be used as a workaround:
1. Minimize the screen capture window first (at this point both window screen capture and the main App Window are minimized) then click on the main TI-Smartview CE software icon in the dock bar to restore it.
2. Click directly to the minimized main app window located at the right side of the dock just aside of the Trash icon.
3. Secondary click on the TI-Smartview software icon in the dock bar and then select the main app window to restore it.
